Liberty Behavioral and Community Services proudly offers safe, supportive, and person-centered residential services through our Liberty Community Programs Group Homes. These homes are designed to provide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), mental health conditions, and substance use disorders with a nurturing environment where they can thrive with dignity and purpose.
IDD/ABA Residential Support
Our group homes for individuals with IDD and those receiving ABA services offer:
- 24/7 staff support trained in person-centered and behavioral approaches
- Structured daily routines and skill-building activities
- Individualized care plans tailored to promote independence and growth
- Integration of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies where appropriate
- A supportive, home-like setting that encourages social interaction and community involvement
Mental Health Residential Services
For individuals managing mental health conditions, our homes provide:

- Assistance with medication management and self-care
- Emotional support, crisis prevention, and access to clinical resources
- Daily living skills development and peer connection
Substance Use Disorder Recovery Housing
Our residential programs for individuals in recovery from substance use disorders include:

- Relapse prevention and recovery coaching
- Peer support and community reintegration services

- Coordination with outpatient treatment and wraparound services
